Candidate has various experience as customer care contact, quality controller and quality engineer, however his main responsibility was always the communication with customers In his last job he was responsible for entry control in manufacturing the spare parts and was in charge of a team dividing them the roles what is needed to be controlled. He split the responsibilities to the employees. He used to be a contact point between Korean people (suppliers) on one hand and Hungarians (buyers) on the other hand. He dealt with all the claims. In other company he was responsible for technical support (mostly servers from various branches) for German, Austrian and Swiss market. He used to communicate in German via phone, email and chat with clients. He also used to work abroad in France and Germany where he actively used English and German. He feels stronger in English, however his German is on level B2. He is native Hungarian.
