The candidate has completed secondary education. After graduating, she lived for 10 years abroad, where she worked in the area of commerce and quality. The first job position in Slovakia was the Customer Service. This was a newly created department where she worked in a smaller team and participated in the elaboration of procedures and processes. Her task was to provide a comprehensive customer service by telephone and mail. But as the department started to work in American time, she was forced to quit. Then, she worked in a combination of front office and back offices for 2 years,where she was providing information about accounting and finance. However, the working hours gradually began to prolong even after 18 hours, she had to quit for family reasons. She is currently working in a smaller company in the economic department, with his main job being working with invoices, receipt and posting. There is a great lack of customer contact and dynamism.
