Candidate is active in purchase from 2007. Like purchasing specialist was in company in Pharmaceutical industry responsible for car leasing, tenders, mobile operators, etc. After that was company in restruction and changed many processes. In other job for trade company she worked as strategic purchaser and insured office supplies, mobile operators, advertising supplies. Company has not any purchasing system and is very chaotic in organisation. In 2014 in other pharma company for first time, candidate accepted manager role. She managed 1 person for operative purchase. She implemented SAP and other system which help make the processes faster and better. On daily bases attended global calls , where management solved all cases. Regarding operative purchase, she was responsible for HR agencies, travel department, tenders for all departments regarding suppliers, saving system, etc. Unfortunatelly company had organisations problems and they had to move. Our candidate was head of removals. All real estate agencies contacted her about new possibilities on the market, where company could be. At the end , when company was in good way again, purchase moved to Romania. That was the reason for her leaving from the company. In next company - Catering business, she managed purchase of indirect goods, cleaning stuff, workwear and footwear, she managed prolong contracts, paint services, and later also food suppliers ( vegetables, milk etc). In Slovakia is more that 70 houses, she had to take care of. On daily bases communicated with foreign suppliers. Currently is working for trade company in tobacco business but is only a fix-term contract. Candidate is very nice and communicative with sense of order.
