Before that he held the position - Senior Financial Manager with experience in various industries in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. He has experiences in the field of budgeting, planning, accounting, analysis, crisis management, strategy formation and change management. He has knowledge of Slovak statutory accounting as well as international standards. He has experienced from the sale or division of the company but also with the company where he had to set up all processes and financial system from zero. He has experiences with leading a team, he is flexible, he has a professional attitue, pleasant communication and he likes new challenges, even the more demanding ones. He is fluent in English - level C1.
