Gradually moved to accounting, where he found himself and is much more interested in accounting than controlling. Currently works as Financial Manager. He was responsible for the operation of the finance department (controlling, accounting department), checking the accounts, for the accounts, and calculates income taxes itself, tax return, Intrastat, tracks receivables and payables. Created reports for the tax office on a monthly basis, Cash flow, expenditures and payments. Part of his agenda was also controlling - created balance sheet and income statement, evaluated the plan and deviations. IFRS and US GAAP are used only marginally in the annual accounts. On an annual basis he was responsible for inventories, year-end closing operations (including year-end account cleaning - consolidation), cooperating with auditors. He worked mainly in Navision and Oracle. Used both English and German in work, but German is more widely used. Completed accounting of the company was covered by himself - bank, cash register, received / issued invoices, internal documents, property, VAT return, monthly statements. He charged wages, too.
