Candidate is currently working as the Coach for Slovakia. This position was created when he started there. They needed to do the expansion in Slovakia. They had their own software for reporting, warehouse management and it had various language mutations for every country itself. They needed someone who will study the manual in English and train the staff in each newly opened store. Now he is visiting the stores and training the staff. He is also supporting them regarding the goods. They expanded from 4 to 30 shops in Slovakia. He is also acting as a deputy for Hungarian and Austrian colleague in case of need. He is also involved in marketing and merchandising. His previous working experience was on the position of Training / Procedure Manager for the newly opened call center. He also has experience from Customer care. Candidate speaks 3 languages. He has excellent command of German – level C1, English he speaks fluently (up to B2) and Hungarian is his native language.
