Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions both in Slovakia and abroad, where he was responsible for the comprehensive management of production facilities, sales teams, and large-scale investment projects. He is results-oriented, highly responsible, and has a natural ability to lead people. He is communicative, empathetic, and presents himself in a trustworthy manner. He possesses strong commercial skills – from acquisition and managing sales teams to strategic planning. He communicates actively in English and has passive knowledge of Polish.
