Monitors competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs. Manages entire Salary Increase process (internal & external data analysis, proposal for management, salary adjustments). Prepares salaries set-up for all new employees considering external and internal fairness system, Re-evaluates and proposes structure of Benefits. Provides consultancy to all levels of line managers and employees in terms of Compensation system, Salary structure, Benefits entitlement. Participates in HR projects and regional initiatives related to Comp&Ben field.
