Candidate has university education of second degree, specialization on management. Before maternity leave she dealt with talent management and motivation education and trainings for individuals as well as companies. It was kind of a project job, long term cooperation with various tasks for both sides and mapping the progress. She used the BaZi methodology. Before that she worked as Junior Category Manager. She was responsible for basic groceries. She was responsible for keeping competitive regarding the prices on the market. She communicated a lot with contractors, mainly negotiated the business conditions, she gained higher percentage from the contract. She worked in MS Excel, did a lot of analyses, market research, preparation for meetings. She also prepared the sales to the leaflets – communicated with contractors and marketing department. She did the monitoring directly in the stores and even in competitors stores, monitored the merchandising. Contractors were already given, however she also dealt with new ones, she did the acquisitions. Before it she worked as Manager/Co-owner by the franchise. She was hired to open the first branch in Bratislava. They gained very good business results so she moved to Nitra for the same work – opening the new branch. She also did the recruiting and dealt with credits - negotiated the conditions and did the contracts. She mentored the team. English language is on level B1 (+).
