Candidate has completed the first level of university education in Economics and Business Management. Shortly after finishing high school went to work in Qatar, where he worked for 10 years under English management and participated in the implementation of the mail system. After returning, worked in a logistics company where worked his way up as clerk to a manager. In 2013 he received an offer from a competing company, but started for a few months as the Disponent to find out how the processes work. After taking up a managerial position, he had to set up extensive changes - replacement of team members, setting a variable wage component, working with disponents and improving their communication with the client. Based on good results he was promoted to Director of Division, the company was moved to Senec. Since May 2019 he has been working as Business Development Manager. Strong negotiating skills, knows the Slovak market. Has experience in setting business strategy, team building. Active knowledge of English.
