Candidate, who gained experience as Helpdesk Agent in telecommunication company and as Technical Sales Engineer. He also worked at department of customer satisfaction – he called current customers, asked about their satisfaction and processed the information in the internal software. He also managed requests on changing of services. Currently he works on long-term projects and solve customers´ requests on equipment. On more technical problems, he cooperates with colleagues. Able to deal with unsatisfied customers. He was also involved in training center. He trained students how to prepare for job interview and how the call center positions work. He moves to Slovakia in July and currently he is interested in positions where he can use French and his skills in customer care. Able to set priorities to projects and meet deadlines.
