Candidate has finished university education focused on International Business and International Financial Management. She was responsible for processing orders for machine production and spare parts. As the Slovak branch of the company was in charge of the EMEA region, her customers came from several countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. She supported the salesmen of the company, processed their orders in the system (using Lotus Notes databases) and coordinated production, logistics, shipping and delivery processes together with company´s different teams and departments located in Slovakia, USA, Germany and China. She followed each business case from its beginning until its end. Besides that, she was also responsible for processing and in-time delivery of spare part orders and of course for customer care. She was in the first line for receiving claims from clients – calmed the unsatisfied clients down and gave them information on the next steps. Then she contacted technicians or warehouse and secured solution for the problem. She has experience from very dynamic environment in German-Slovak Chamber of Industry and Commerce. She worked on projects independently and also in a team, searched for partners in Germany and Slovakia. Candidate organised events and planned business meetings. Good presentation skills she developed in an international environment – she lived in Germany for 3 years. Candidate is interested in position where she can use foreign languages and experience from previous positions. She has user knowledge of SAP an active knowledge of German and English.
