Candidate with university education in Human Resource Management. Already during the school, she was actively involved in the work of the Financial Agent, which she performed in the form of a trade and gained her first working experience of communicating with customers. After completing her studies, she worked on a cumulative customer service and accounting position where she worked for 2 years. She is responsible for 25 customers from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and as back-up for 11 Balkan countries. Her task is to process received orders, arrange for transportation, after delivery, issue of invoice, posting, issuing of credit notes and recovery of receivables. Handles approximately 60 orders a week. She is a communicative, flexible candidate. User-level Oracle. Active knowledge of English and Hungarian. Intermediate knowledge of the German language.
