Candidate with university education, department: Hungarian Language and Literature and Informatics. After graduation, worked as Customer Service Specialist in combination with a back office. His main job was mainly telephone and mail communication with customers and at the same time processing of backoffice agenda. Subsequently, worked in company selling electrical appliances, as well as Customer Service Specialist. However, he left the company because his number of calls was 120 per day, and that was unbearable for him. However,he likes working with customer service and would like to continue in it, within a company that has better distributed workforce. Candidate has experience in working with Excel and SAP. Hungarian as native language, Intermediate level of English, communicative knowledge of Slovak.
