Candidate with complex experience in management positions. His first experience with HSE management was in 2015 in the position of CEO. He had to get knowledge about HSE standards and found out that the basic requirements and not implemented and workers did not have information on legislation. He updated processes in cooperation with external company. As Facility & Technical Manager, he cooperated on reconstruction of buildings and was responsible also for safety, fire protection and waste management. Currently, he works in automotive company Treves and is responsible for EHS, fire protection and environment in Slovak and Czech plants. He cooperates also with Russia and other plants. He took over the documentation which was processed by external company and he added plant specification to this documentation. He reports on non-conformities and accidents, analyses situation, makes suggestions and implements them to the production. For example colour management, reconstruction of old lightning, adjustment of forklift routes, new system of education on safety (4 campaigns per year on specific topics).
