The candidate is an experienced technical manager with more than 15 years of experience in the field of engineering team management, quality and project management in the automotive industry. He has extensive experience in leading development projects, setting up production processes and optimizing technical solutions. He is communicative and has experience in leading a smaller team (approximately 10 people), while effectively managing and motivating his colleagues to achieve set goals. During his career, he led teams focused on development and quality, while participating in the introduction of new products, setting up production processes and ensuring their efficiency. He was responsible for the methodological leadership of engineering teams, internal audits, sampling, FMEA analyses and certifications. He has experience in communicating with customers, managing projects according to the APQP methodology and setting up processes to ensure a high level of quality. His expertise includes working with SAP systems, analyzing production processes, planning production and implementing technical solutions. He has completed several management and technical training courses, including the Leadership Development Program and the electrical engineering minimum with the §21 qualification. He speaks fluent English (C1) and has a slightly advanced knowledge of German (B1).
