She completed additional training as an internal auditor for environmental management according to the STN EN 14001:2005 standard and also as an internal auditor according to the OHSAS 18001:1999 requirements. She has extensive experience in performing chemical analyses in a laboratory environment, production planning, and monitoring compliance with technological procedures in the production department. In the field of environmental protection, she is responsible for managing waste and water management, including wastewater analysis and preparation of relevant reports. She communicates with government authorities and plans and conducts internal environmental management system (EMS) audits, establishing corrective and preventive measures. She is responsible for creating, updating, and managing environmental documentation and reporting, monitors legislative changes in environmental protection, and ensures compliance. Additionally, she conducts internal training for employees and manages chemical substances and reporting in the area of air protection.
