He got there and built the whole system of functioning of the entrusted area from scratch. He was responsible for planning the maintenance of buildings and tech. equipment, reporting to the senior manager. He communicated with internal employees (electrical and mechanical part) but also with suppliers and subcontractors, he participated in tenders (but he had fixed budgets).He is currently employed as a Technical Manager at the hotel. English is at B2 level.
