She was able to take care about accounting, cash-flow management, internal audit of 7 branches and other finance administration. Gets involved in solving internal situations - for example, she reported on budget control and if turnover from some products (projects) was low, she cooperated with responsible manager and searched for solution. Currently, she is Project Manager in Albania, where she develops her interpersonal skills in an international environment.
