He currently works on the position of Head of Sales in the field of heating and cooling equipment. The parent production company is based in Germany and a subsidiary in Slovakia is focusing only on the sales part/ wholesales. As the Managing Director of the company operates in the Czech Republic, he is also depusing him and he is responsible for the overall organizational, personnel, economic, technical and business parts. He manage the team of 10 employees (sales, logistics, service, accounting and personnel department). Within its position, it covers some activities at the level of the BA region, others at the level of the entire Slovak Republic. By setting up new processes, he achieved a year-on-year increase in sales of + 12% and a reduction in total costs or optimization of individual processes. In the field of trade, he also gained experience as an Account Manager in the field of engineering. For 2.5 years he worked in the field of quality in the automotive fields, where he was mainly in charge of communication with suppliers and he was responsible for project or control activities in Germany.
