He covers communication with the building office, coordinates activities in the field of environmental policy, fire protection of buildings, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, plans investments, communicates with the tenants of the building. Currently, he has a valid notice of § 24 - Revision Technician. He monitors energy consumption and heating of buildings.
