Candidate has a university education of second degree, specialization on organic technology and petrochemistry. She has experience in managing people, especially from the company, where she was first in charge of laboratory staff and later she was responsible for a complete agenda around wastewater treatment plants, including their maintenance, purchase of spare parts - management of about 20 members of maintenance staff. She also cooperated in selecting appropriate technologies and procurement. She was responsible for regular annual evaluation of employees, where she monitored the fulfillment last year's objectives and seted for next year's cooperation and a development plan. Based on the fulfillment of these goals, the employees had a set bonus system. Since February 2020, she started to cooperated as a sales representative ( as a self employeed ) with the company, which, however, had to end due to the COVID crisis. Currently she is providing financial advice.
