Candidate graduated from university with the major on human resources. After her studies, she worked in a personnel agency as a Personal Consultant where she was in charge of allocated clients, searching suitable candidates, recruiting, etc. Later on, she worked as an Assistant of Director in a manufacturing company where she did all assisting duties, planned and checked terms, made all correspondence, managed contracts, and helped the HR department with choosing candidates. Later, she became a HR Manager in the same company. Currently, she is working as a Recruiter, HR Specialist where she actively searches direct employees, deals with accommodation, communicates with officials, and creates reports. A very goal-oriented, communicative, and organized candidate who builds good work relationships easily, has advanced command of English and knowledge of MS Office.
