The professional with more than 6 year experience in the field of human resources management in a production sphere. During her career, she systematically developed herself, grew professionally and became a partner for managers in developing human resources. Thanks to her structured approach, she continuously developed the internal potential of employees at all levels, built a corporate culture, and thanks to her empathy, she converted the needs of employees into functioning internal processes. She pragmatically looks on the way the company works and uses her previous business experience the way she can contribute HR as a real business partner. In her decisions, she pays attention to the long-term success of the company, moreover she can manage projects that deviate from the routine way of a company’s usual operation procedures.
