Shortly after finishing secondary school, the candidate went abroad, where she worked as an Assistant Manager for several years. After returning to the Slovak Republic, she started working in a company that was involved in the sale of clothing as a Department Manager, where her competencies also included HR issues, i.e. human resources management, new hires, preparation, organization and conducting of entrance interviews with candidates and assessment of their knowledge and skills, employee training. He is currently working in the cumulative position of HR/Office Manager/Executive Assistant, where he is responsible for the personnel area of the company, organizes the recruitment of new employees, solves the advertisement of vacancies, is responsible for the complex preparation of labor law documents for employees, and also cooperates with the executive in solving personnel issues. A very nice candidate who has a pleasant demeanor and her communication skills are complemented by coordination, analytical and language skills /AJ/.
