He set up the functioning of the warehouse, material flow, processes, order system, health and safety, legislation. He also set up a logistics information system with programmers. He led a team of workers - 7 people in the warehouse. Warehouse identification: 2x weekly deliveries of material, turnover 1.6 - 1.7 million EUR, warehouse size: 600 m2. KPI reported directly to the company's manager: turnover, warehouse quality and material value. As a sales manager, he has experience in building business activities "from scratch".
