He started to work at the position Purchasing Manager. After 4 years, he was promoted at the position Purchasing and Cooperation Manager because of his language skills and experience in project management. His main responsibility was restoring and stabilizing relationships with suppliers and downsizing purchasing department because of cost cutting. He was also responsible for 120 suppliers from Italy, France, Germany, Denmark, Poland, for vendor rating and creating contract conditions.
