Candidate worked more than 8 years for automotive supplier company. He had opportunity for growth. He started in "green field" company as Assembly project leader, where prepared new technology to start up production bumpers. Later achieved position Assembly process manager. Candidate managed 10 people on department and implemented instruction for new production. When company decided , that he will take care about paintline from external vendors, he took this chance and overtake maintenance paintline and managed 13 people. As headquarters were very satisfied with his work, he had opportunity move to Technical manager position. He was responsible for investment and industrial projects for new technology, machine, building and managed more departments. Due to personal changes he has to leave mentioned company. His next step was in other manufactoring company, as Program Manager and then as a Technical manager in other. He set up new affiliate in Russia and develop all systems for effective working. Then he was approached with new career challenge as a Plant manager. He was leading 500 employees and was responsible for production using these technologies: cold metal processing, hot pressing, forming, laser cutting. Over all previous positions he has experience also with ultrasonic plastic welding, assembly and others. Currently he is working as a technical manager and is leading a team of 30 members, with 10 direct reporting employees. Most of his agenda are routine works.
