The candidate has more than twelve years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering. In his last position as a CNC milling operator, he programmed complex piece parts into molds using the Heidenhain iTNC 530. His previous experience in metalworking gave him a unique perspective on the entire production process - from design to preparation of programs for CNC machines (Heidenhain iTNC 530, Fanuc 21i), production itself to output control and communication with the customer. This comprehensive experience allows him to design solutions with regard to real manufacturability and efficiency. During his career, he has intensively devoted himself to CAM programming, creating 3-axis and 5-axis index programs in ESPRIT for various CNC milling machines and 4-axis turning centers. He can effectively determine optimal tools and machining strategies. His knowledge of CAD programs PTC Creo (advanced) and Solid Works (intermediate) allows him to actively participate in the design and modeling process. This mechatronics graduate is not only technically proficient, but also flexible, creative and reliable. His interest in new technologies in CAM machining and continuous education in the field of manufacturing strategies make him a candidate with the potential to bring innovative solutions to the design team. With his ability to read technical drawings, create technological procedures and knowledge of various CNC control systems (Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma), he is ready to immediately contribute to new projects.
