The candidate is an experienced payroll accountant and HR specialist with a strong background in the complex processing of the payroll for approximately 1,100 employees, including labor activity agreements (DoPČ) and work performance agreements (DoVP) in the IS HUMAN information system. He has extensive experience in processing statistics and communicating with the relevant authorities. An important part of her practice is the calculation of authorized labor costs for projects financed by the European Commission, where she acts as a contact person for labor costs when submitting applications for a non-refundable financial contribution for national projects financed from the operational program Research and Innovation (OPVaI) and when accounting for labor costs in state programs. He actively cooperates in creating the budget of the Slovak Business Agency (SBA), ensures the breakdown of wage costs according to funding sources and cooperates with the accounting department in conducting the analytical breakdown of wage costs. Her tasks also include cooperation in the creation of internal regulations in the field of wage and social policy, providing advice to the SBA management and employees in matters of labor relations. He has experience in managing the treasury agenda in the Softip and Navision information systems, and checking the invoicing of domestic and foreign travel orders.
