Candidate worked for 26 years in a company focused on furniture production, where he gradually worked his way up with a CNC Operator, through a Teamleader, a Buyer to the Director of a plant, which he held for 15 years. As a Director, he was responsible for the comprehensive operation of the production plant in terms of personnel, materials, shipping, but especially production and assembly. In the field of production, he was actively involved in the introduction of new products or innovation, as he knew the production processes very well and he enjoyed it very much. Based on the requirements of the parent company, in cooperation with colleagues, he provided design of new products, their creation, creation of technological procedures, calculation of prices, creation of drawing documentation up to production and dispatching to abroad. His greatest successes include implementation of the overall production system, assembly, implementation a new information system and the creation of the most successful product within the company. He leaded approx. 250 employees.
