The candidate with more than 20 year experience in managing medium and large manufacturing companies in Slovakia. During the beginning of his career, he took advantage of knowledge gained during his university - electrical engineering studies. Later, he took advantage of his skills and started his own company in a production automation process business. He developed the acquired experience in the environment of international companies, firstly as a maintenance manager and later as a technical manager. Since 2009, he has been working on top management positions, where he has dealt with the restructuring of companies and through revitalization, ensuring their further development in the international environment. For the last 6 years, he has been managing the production plants of automotive component suppliers with 500+ employees. Thanks to his technical thinking, he has a great understanding of the principles of operation of a production plants and, thanks to his empathy, he can get employees and inspire them for his ideas.
