The candidate has spent the last 16 years in management positions mainly in plastics / engineering production. He spent most of his working life in the automotive company as a Technical Coordinator at the welding department, where he was one of the best employees of the company, he was one of the often awarded employees in the framework of improvement proposals. After a short period at a design company, he joined the automotive company as a paint shop and assembly Master. Here he managed a team of about 80 employees for the production of interior components and became involved as a leader in other activities. His last work experience was the position of Supervisor of a plastic injection molding machine.
