Candidate has completed university education in the field of Industrial Engineering. Diploma thesis deals with the efficiency of production processes with regard to the reduction of the costs associated with the sorting of finished products. In company identified the problem that operators also controlled products that were not defective, which increased production time. In the welding process, metal streams were created, which had to be removed and the production process had to be improved. Candidate has proposed 3 improvements to the problem.
