Candidate with a univeristy education of second degree. His first contact with Lean management was in the automotive company as an HR Coach / Process Optimization, when an external company came to implement standards. He was subsequently retrained as a Lean leader. One of his tasks was for example a project to reduce times unpredictable line failures. He gained additional experiences as a Lean Management Coordinator and he was responsible for implementing lean management tools. In his last job he worked as a Process Engineer and his task was to map the processes in the company and evaluate them. The results have led to several projects changing in the company. Based on the success, he worked up to the position of Assembly Manager. He would like to return to the area of process improvement.
