Process Engineer / Technologist / Quality Engineer

The candidate has completed her university education at the Faculty of Materials and Technology, where she focused her studies on material engineering. After successful completion, she worked in the quality department, dealing with complaints. In her position she was in charge of the technical analysis of the causes of the complaint, where she became acquainted with the entire chain of production and logistics processes, starting with the input materials, to the storage and shipping of products. She later applied her knowledge to the position of Process Engineer, where she was directly responsible for the process of heat treatment and start-up of new products. The requirements of the sales department and customers were transformed into production and material possibilities, where they had to guarantee the physico-chemical properties of the products. At the given position, she encountered nitriding of the basic steel material (zinc, aluminum), but also a process change in the requirements to change the product properties. In the production process, it created a system to control operators, through process engineers. In this way, she managed to stabilize the rewinding processes, wet processes in acid baths, FLUX, Borax, in 7 chamber continuous atmosphere furnaces at temperature stabilization at individual batches and with the help of maintenance solved the cleaning of the oxidation layer on the surface of materials. The candidate controls PLC manufacturing systems where she had to calculate and set the variables of zinc deposition in a nitrogen atmosphere. The candidate has practical experience in performing mechanical quality tests (tension, compression, bending), metallography - observing the material structure, grain size, impurity ratio. During chemical analyzes she defined the required results to her laboratory colleagues. The candidate has strong communication skills, she cooperates with operators in obtaining information about processes, uses her knowledge to create control plans and implements them directly into the production environment. It is very tough in achieving results, it has a straightforwardness in achieving production and quality objectives. When dealing with obstacles, he is used to constructive debate with the representatives of the departments. Thanks to her professionalism she had the opportunity to communicate directly with customers, recalculate their requirements for technical parameters of products and give them recommendations on risks and limits. She also made samples according to the specified specification. Developed a project to reduce the number of complaints using Six Sigma / Green Belt /. It has mastered quality tools DMAIC, FMEA, 8D reports. The candidate has an active knowledge of English.
