The first relevant working experience gained on positions Production Planner and Production Manager in company which was focused on production and installation of PCBs. As a Production Manager was responsible for leading 25 direct subordinates (4x line leaders, 9x shift leaders, 1x quality specialist, 12x maintenance) and production consisted of axial (4x), radial (2x), SMD (4x) and hand lines (7x). He had to evaluate and monitor production KPIs, receive customer requests and decide on production capacities, proposal for the purchase of machinery, budget planning and cooperation with department of logistic, engineering and sales. As a Lean Implementer/Industrial Engineer was member of continuous improvement team where they managed to save 2.1 million € per year. As for people management, he tries to listen problems from subordinates and after that finds results. Sometime he has to use direct and non-directional leadership approach. He is familiar with ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.1/6.3, Kanban, Kaizen and TPM. Active knowledge of English language. He has a dream to work on Greenfield project and set up all production and processes from the beginning.
