She currently works as the Head of Industrial Production and she is responsible for 3 departments - assembly, powder coating and rinsing with a size of approximately 100 employees. She also gained practical experience in the automotive company as Supervisor in the department of machining, where she managed a team of 40 employees (Production Operator, CNC Adjuster, Maintenance Worker) and managed the central material warehouse. She also worked for the automotive company focused on the production of cable harnesses as a Production Supervisor, where she led a team of approx. 300 employees in the production plant and she also worked for 3 years in Ukraine, where she was responsible for starting production. She was also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production and compliance with the production plan, audits, inventory or implementation of ISO standards. She prefers working with people, ideally in an automotive environment, the operation of which is known and suits her. She also prefers dynamic work, as she is a very active and immediate worker.
