As Production Manager he was responsible for 120 people and 6 masters. Led the production and modernization of military vehicles, the production of skeletons of buses, containers for various purposes (accommodation, kitchens, hospitals ...). Usually had 10-15 projects at once. Reported to the Executive Director twice a week on the fulfillment of plans and deliveries of cooperation. In the position of Head of Asset Management and Management, the team was led by 15 employees. Was not trained in this position, but gradually came to neglected checks and revisions, which he immediately put in order. Also covered the modernization of the lights in the building. Prefers a smaller team with whom he can build a relationship. In particular, in the maintenance department, employees were also encouraged to take overtime and other tasks beyond their responsibilities. Candidate perceives business processes comprehensively.
