The candidate has completed a university engineering teducation with a focus on Manufacturing Machines and Equipment. He has many years of experience in engineering and automotive industry from Production Manager, Process Manager and Process Engineer. As a Process Manager he was responsible for managing 7 process engineers, optimizing production processes, solving operational problems, introducing new products and lines into production, reducing production costs (production time, confusion), introducing new technologies into production, job ergonomics, creating layout lines and workplaces. From the Production Manager position, he has a team management experience of about 20 people (production planners, process engineers, technologists, supervisors, team leaders, maintenance engineers), increasing work productivity, one-piece flow production, monitoring KPIs, training new people, conducting job interviews, even by dismissing them. He participated in the relocation of production. He has experience with 5S implementation, using tools such as KANBAN, Ishikawa, FMEA, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Lean Production.
