As a Production Master in the machine shop, he managed a two-shift operation with 22 employees (CNC lathes and milling machines), created daily production plans and promptly solved malfunctions on the machine park. In addition, he introduced 5S and Lean into the production process and trained workers from Eastern Europe. In the position of Master of the main production, he focused on the introduction of KANBAN systems, 5S and one-piece flow, creation of production standards and flexible training of workers in new positions. His experience also includes managing the production of dental chair subassemblies. Previous experience in the field of electrical installations and maintenance of production equipment, as well as work with electrical installation material, make him a versatile expert. The candidate has certificates from several courses, including Heidenheim iTNC530, and holds authorizations for operating mobile work platforms and motorized trucks, as well as §23 Electrotechnician for activity and operation management.
