The candidate has completed secondary education in Electronics. Work experience in building management was acquired in particular by the manufacturing company - in his competence he was responsible for waste management, technical condition of buildings and offices, responsible for fire protection of buildings, boiler room management, compressor, sewerage, environmental policy and investment planning. He communicated with external maintenance contractors (eg adjusting the production hall environment), communicated with the city, and participated in supplier tenders and bid approvals. Secures purchase eg. technical investments (gasoline and OOPP). Within the company, he led 2 maintenance staff. He also has experience as a Revision Engineer for all electrical equipment: he has worked in the calibration department as part of his assignment. He has a valid Ordinance § 24. He is personally a hardworking man.
