The candidate graduated from economic university, the major: International Trade. More than 5 - year working experience in purchasing at Procurement department for retail company. He was responsible for purchasing for 120 affiliated branches. He cooperated with two colleagues – Purchasers. He was presented in starting of purchasing in Slovakia because before it was handled by branch in Czech Republic. He was trained for know-how in Czech Republic for 6 months. He has the responsibility for purchase of office aids, warehouse equipment, advertising items, machines and services (fueling, insurance). He has the responsibility for tenders supervision and market analysis. He prepared new tenders every two years and it comprised 2 - 3 parts. The responsibility for successful projects: procurement of incubators for 40 hospitals, procurement and distribution of 120 cars for fleet. He found new local supplier for advertising items and it meant 40% cost saving. He communicates especially with local suppliers for cost saving. Sometimes, he communicated with suppliers from Germany. The responsibility for a budget – 1 mil € yearly, creating forecasts. His orders over 300 € were approval by Manager of procurement department. After 5 years, he was interested in starting of new project – the implementation of SAP system for logistic processes, but this project was suspended.
