A young and ambitious graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Brno. During his studies, he acquired extensive technical knowledge, especially in the field of production quality, and he deepened his theoretical knowledge through practice in two important companies. The internship at the latter company provided him with practical experience in implementing quality improvement processes and handling complaints. He was responsible for the analysis of error rates and proposals for corrective measures, while working closely with local and foreign suppliers. This work allowed him to develop the ability to accurately control the quality of parts according to technical documentation and to gain valuable experience in the field of international communication in English. He gained further experience during an internship at the company, where he worked on quality process optimization projects. The candidate also has experience in production and logistics from brigades, where he became familiar with production and inventory management. These experiences have given him a comprehensive overview of the entire manufacturing process, making him a mature candidate for a quality position. The candidate controls a wide range of technical tools, also has a good knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA, Six Sigma and statistical process control (SPC). His skills with measuring instruments (CMM) and technical documentation (GD&T) make him ideal for working in quality assurance. In addition, he also speaks English at an intermediate level (B2), which enables him to communicate effectively with foreign partners.
