The candidate graduated from Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra, Technical faculty. He has about 4 years’ experience in automotive industry (internal plastic parts, chip solutions, roof systems) from positions Quality Engineer and Process Engineer. As a Process Engineer was responsible for process of welding and assembly (door panels, instrument panels), creating work instructions for operators, training of operators, material flows developing, assessment of equipment suppliers and optimizing production processes. As an Quality Engineer has experience in monitoring and reducing scrap in production, creating 8D reports and flow charts, coordination of 3 quality technician, solving problems in production and customer complaints, preparing control plans (editing, updating, creating). Also he was FMEA moderator where he had to prepare and develop P-FMEA together with team members. Directly he cooperated with department of production, engineering and purchasing. He is familiar with quality standards 5S, 5 Why, Ishikawa, SPC, MSA, APQP and FMEA. He is certified internal auditor in ISO/TS 16949. Active knowledge of English language (B2).
