He gained first working experience as an Environmental Specialist and Quality Engineer. He was responsible for implementing legal environment requirements and setup of quality standards. Later, he was promoted to Engineering department, as an Engineering Specialist. On this position, he was in charge of leading technology transfers, assure production launches and be in charge of implementing technology improvements. Nowadays, he works as a Customer Quality Engineer. He is responsible for handling complaints from customers in line with 8D requirements, reporting to customers and Quality Manager. He organizes quality meetings with Process Manager, Technologist and Maintenance Technicians and other departments representatives to assure solving roots of the problems. The candidate is pragmatic person with “can learn, can do” attitude. He understands the power of communication towards customers, is able to explain and inform them about improvement progress of their concerns. He is active English speaker and has basic command of German.
