The candidate has worked in two areas, namely in the area of quality and in the area of middle management. After finishing secondary school, he worked for several years in the UK, where, among other things, he improved his English language /expert level/, which he used daily even after returning to Slovakia. For several years, he was the administrator of the Excel database for product registration /ovens/ and at the same time he was part of the team for compiling technical documentation /measurement results, etc./. Later, he worked in a manufacturing company, where he was responsible for the preparation and results of the international BRC audit, for the quality of production and also oversaw employee training. In the last company, he acted as a manager of a small group of employees, and here, in addition to complex management, he built a database of the register /graphs, operating order, work log, etc./ and solved strategic outlooks for the future. The candidate has MS Office at the expert level, his skills also include the creation of technical documentation protocols /Assik/ and work with a package of statistical methods designed for data analysis /Minitab/.
