As a Personnel Consultant she gained experience in the field of recruitment, communication with clients, job vacancies, conducting interviews, testing candidates, processing personnel agenda or temporary assigned employees at the client, administration of employment contracts and amendments, preparation of documents for payroll processing or evidence of attendance. She currently works as a Recruitment Assistant and she is mainly responsible for the selection of suitable candidates, overall support for individual projects, the creation of employment contracts and related administration. She has English at the B1 level.
