Since graduation, he worked in company operating in the rubber industry, where he passed the trainee program and worked as Process Engineer and Quality Key Account Manager for EMEA. Candidate is responsible for representing the parent company in the area of quality, working with the head of quality in four subsidiaries, identifying the causes of defects and complaints by the customer, monitoring and maintenance of set KPIs, setting and implementing corrective measures in co-operation with a particular plant. He is currently working on projects aimed at creating a new standard of visual inspection and performance monitoring mixing rubber compounds. He also worked as a Lead Auditor for internal works according to ISO / TS 16949. Proactive candidate has a very good presentation and communication skills.
