Through career growth, he gained a wide range of experience in a smaller manufacturing company, where the typical work activities included, e.g. - production planning, assignment of work tasks, conducting meetings and production meetings, control of health and safety compliance, creation of technological and production orders, optimization of stocks of input raw materials, planning, elaboration of methodical instructions, creation of presentations, attendance monitoring, employee evaluation, complaint handling and corrective measures, process optimization, employee training, production management, shipping and maintenance and more. He holds the certificate: Internal Auditor ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001. With his hard work and passion for working with aluminum, he holds several improvement proposals, mainly in the field of quality and technology. He has experience from previous experience with several ERP / MRP systems (ABRA, Softip Profit Plus, ProALFA).
